- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When I initially called St. Louis County Probate Division I was expecting the typical government "bureaucratic run-around" at my time of bereavement. That was not my experience at all! I spoke with Eva & Patty, both were caring professional employees. They were very patience and informative. When a particular employee could not assist me, I was told someone would call me back - and in fact I received timely call backs. I was provided detail information which made the probate process less stressful and mysterious.
